Active field management
The structure is designed to promote fairness, continuity, and competitive rhythm.
Targets will be set to American Trap–similar speeds and angles, offering a familiar presentation adapted appropriately for nighttime shooting conditions.
A 12-second shot clock will be utilized throughout the series to maintain consistent squad movement and support an efficient program.
This measured pace allows the event to conclude on schedule while supporting responsible operation within the surrounding community.
Shooters should remain attentive and prepared to call for their target without delay.
Participants are expected to arrive prepared and ready when called to the line.
Please ensure that ammunition, equipment, and personal readiness are in order prior to your squad’s rotation. Attentive squads contribute directly to the quality of the event.
The program begins promptly at 8:00 PM.
Participants not present when their squad is called may forfeit their position for that rotation.
Shooters are responsible for ensuring their equipment is safe and in proper working condition.
Should a malfunction occur, the shooter will be asked to step off the line so squad movement may continue uninterrupted. Staff will assist as appropriate.
Experienced competitors may wish to have a backup firearm available.
Founder Pass holders unable to attend a scheduled evening may request approval for a substitute participant.
All substitutions must be coordinated with event management in advance.
The Olympic bunker is both heated and covered, allowing the series to proceed in most weather conditions.
If severe weather necessitates an adjustment, participants will be notified promptly. Safety remains paramount.
Because participation is intentionally limited, registration should be regarded as a commitment to the series.
Refunds are not guaranteed. When circumstances allow, event management will work with participants to identify reasonable solutions.
All participants are expected to adhere to Palmyra Sportsmen’s Association safety standards and range commands at all times.
Unsafe firearm handling or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
Blackout at the Bunker is conducted with respect for our surrounding community.
The structured format, defined start time, and controlled pace of fire are intended to minimize extended noise duration while maintaining a professional shooting environment.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
